This Website is operated by Atelier Mami si Leah SRL, a Romanian company, with a registered office on 11 Mihail Kogalniceanu Street, Brasov, Romania, registered with the Trade Register under no. J08/798/2016, with the intra-community VAT no. RO 35922704, hereinafter referred to as “Leah & Lara” or “we.”

The Terms and Conditions detailed below apply to all orders placed with Leah & Lara. Please make sure you have read and understood them before using our Website. Placing an order on our Website implies you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates or changes to our Website. We, therefore, recommend that you check this page each time before placing an order.

Availability of products

The products listed on our Website are made to order, and the making takes 3-5 working days, depending on the number of orders we are processing. Please check the current making time in each product description before placing your order. To this you should add the shipping time of 1-2 working days within Romania and up to 10 working days in the EU, depending on the destination.

Placing an Order

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours after submission by sending us an email at .

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If for any reason we are unable to process your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund the applicable amount.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro. Payment is secured by our partner Netopia MobilPay, known for the demanding payment security solutions offered. Such payment shall be made on a redirected page and secured by Netopia MobilPay. The completion of your data is safe, so leahara.com does not have access to your bank account details.

Cash on delivery is provided by our partner Fan Courier and is possible only in Romania, for uncustomized products.


We ship only in the European Union.
Our current lead time for made-to-order garments is 3–5 working days. Delivery time is calculated from the day the package is sent from our warehouse.Deliveries are carried out by DPD Courier (within Europe) or Fan Courier (within Romania), Monday to Friday. The delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, being specified that deliveries cannot be made either to hotels or P.O. boxes.


Following the email confirmation that your order was dispatched, shipping normally takes:
Within ROMANIA: 1-2 working days
Within Europe: 3-4 working days

We can only ship to the following countries:

Romania – 16 RON / 4 EUR (free for orders above 500 RON / 100 EUR)
Austria, Germany, Italy – 15 EUR
Slovakia –25 EUR
Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Luxembourg Slovenia, Latvia, Lithuania – 30 EUR
Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Netherlands, Spain – 20 EUR
Finland, Portugal, Sweden – 35 EUR
Ireland – 50 EUR
Greece, Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland – 10 EUR

Please make sure to provide accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address. We do not take responsibility for incorrect shipping information.

Within the European Union, no duties or taxes will apply.

Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with a product and would like to return it, please notify us by email at .

Unwanted items can be sent back only when your notice about the return is registered by our team.
Our products are eligible for a refund if they meet the following terms:

  • Items must be in the original size and length (no customization)
  • Items must be in the original condition (not used, not washed and not damaged)
  • Items in specific colors may not be eligible for a refund. For more information, get in touch with us
  • The return package must contain a return form completed
  • The return package must contain all the contents of the original package except for fabric samples if the entire order is returned for a refund
  • It is very important that you place a return form inside the parcel stating the order number, otherwise, we will not be able to identify the parcel. If we are unable to identify the parcel, we cannot make a refund or exchange. If you do not know the order number, feel free to contact us
  • Items must be mailed off within 14 days as of the day of delivery


Customized items are final. They cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged or altered.
We do not cover returning shipping expenses, and returning shipping fees are non-refundable.


All return packages are checked to ensure that the clothes returned are in the original condition. We need 14 days to take care of it and issue a refund. The money is sent to the account that was used to pay for the order.

Our liability with regard to any product acquired on our Website is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product. We will not be liable for any type of indirect or accidental prejudice, regardless of its origin.

Whilst we are taking the greatest care in the presentation of our products, please consider that some inaccuracies or typographical errors may appear on the Website at times.

We cannot guarantee that the colours of the products on our Website will be true to life. This depends partly on the colour settings of your monitor and computer.


For any conflict that might arise between Leah & Lara and its customers, we will seek an amicable solution. However, if this is not possible, the litigation will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.
